About
me
You can tell a lot about a person by their past
experiences, business successes,
awards won and client
testimonials.
From 1970 to the present I have been through many
successful careers. A CPA in the 70's, a CEO, President
and software developer with OfficeMate, Inc. in the 80's
and 90's, a CEO of an international
3-D animation company
and prior to my switch to Re/Max United, an ward winning Realtor
with Coldwell Banker Landmark Group and then ReMax in the 2000's.
Throughout these careers I have experienced all facets
of business, including but not limited to crafting and
negotiating contracts, communicating with people,
keeping my word and being honest, forthright and
responsible.
As a Broker and Realtor I am able to use all
the skills, experiences and integrity I have developed
throughout my business career and work for and represent
anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. The power of
being a Realtor and protecting clients is knowing the
contract and how to craft a contract. Anyone who
has the proper educational background and
then passes a test with a grade of 70 can become a
Realtor. Past experiences, credentials, integrity,
knowledge of people or contracts does not matter. Are
Realtors used car salesman as I have unfortunately heard
many times or are they your agent who crafts a proper
contract, negotiates the contract and then protects you
throughout the entire transaction, even beyond the day
you move out or in.? I have the credentials, knowledge

Sales and Marketing Oriented
To date, I have sold my listings at an average of 98.9%
of the original list price in an average of 36 days.
As an entrepreneur and businessman since 1970, sales and
marketing has been the "lifeblood" of my success. If no
one knows about a product it will not sell. Your home is
a product and how it is marketed will determine whether
it is sold and/or how fast it will sell. If no one knows
it is available for sale, if it is not "staged" properly
and marketed aggressively to the right audience, it will
not sell. Sales and marketing is my specialty.
Quality Service
Throughout my business career service was always the
hallmark of my businesses. "Treat people the way they
want to be treated themselves;" is not just a cliché
catch phrase, but that by which I lived my business
life. "My customers become my friends." After they
bought my service or product I could sleep nights
knowing I served my clients to the best of my ability. I
would rather turn them down then let them down if the
product was not for them.
Detail Oriented
There are an enormous number of details to be managed
before the buying or selling of a home. However, once
the sale goes to escrow there is another enormous task
to
oversee each detail and continually move the transaction
forward to have a successful close. Whether managing the
escrow or solving problems, my past experience of doing
exactly the same with software development will serve
you wisely as you buy or sell a home.
I founded OfficeMate Software Systems in 1981 and was
the President and CEO. OfficeMate developed the 1st
practice management DOS based software program for the
eye care industry. It was developed, for the just
introduced, IBM PC. I was the project manager for the
development of the software programs. Subsequent to that
I was project manager on the development of a practice
management program for Dentistry. After Windows was
introduced I was the project manager to convert the DOS
based programs to Windows based programs.
This attention to detail, ability to listen to needs and
organizational and project management skill serves my
clients greatly in the real estate transaction.
Trusted Advisor and Negotiator
As your Realtor I will be your trusted advisor and
skilled negotiator to assist you with what may be the
largest financial transaction of your life. As a
businessman and CPA, I advised many clients and
companies. I was their trusted advisor in all areas of
growth. In the sale of business and products I was a
skilled negotiator dealing with third parties, lawyers,
CPA's and other businessmen. In your real estate
transaction these same skills are at your side.
Problem Solver
During my career, times have not always been smooth.
There were many problems along the way. However
"problems are opportunities" and the problems must be
solved. Problems are a part of any transactions amongst
parties. The way and the timeliness of how they are
solved is another skill I can offer you as your Realtor.
Communicator
Communication may be the most important part of any
transaction. As your advisor, not only will I be
communicating with all parties during the escrow phase,
but also I will communicate with you and keep you
abreast of all facets of the transaction according to
your needs both during and after the sale. In today's'
technology, with phone and e-mail, there is absolutely
no excuse for not staying in touch regardless of where
you are.

Throughout the transaction I will present you with all
market information so you are knowledgeable and
comfortable with your
decisions. I want to make sure that with this
information you have the piece of mind to know you made
the right decision.
